L.A.P. Reintegration & Transition Services

Life After Placement (L.A.P.) Community-based Reintegration & Transition Services Program staff provide full wrap-around support to youth whom are placed out of home by the family court to ensure that they are reintegrated back into their families safely and with a stable structure and plan.
1Life2Live Gun and Gang Violence Prevention & Intervention Program

1Life2Live is a Gun and Gang Violence Prevention & Intervention Program operating in the City of Schenectady, NY. The program utilizes "Credible Messengers" to work with those whom are at the highest risk of shooting and/or getting shot, supporting them in getting housing, employment, training, and/or continuing/furthering their education in an effort to keep them out of the hospitals, prisons/jails, and cemeteries and reduce shooting injuries in the city.

The foundation that is the success of Youth L.I.F.E. Support Network, Inc. is the interests in and ability to build partnerships and collaborations on all levels, coming together to support REAL community revitalization and youth and family empowerment in under-served neighborhoods. Without a "Network", there can be no REAL success!

Support Network, Inc. takes a public health model approach to addressing community violence and applies holistic full wrap-around services to high-risk youth and families in under-served communities that allows for youth to prosper and enjoy the promise of life. Through the work of youth development and community collaboration, Youth L.I.F.E. Support Network, Inc. builds relationships that will serve as a system of support and aid in the reduction of violence and suffering in the community.
